After having finished the course attendants receive Belgrade Summer School Certificate of Attendance and will have the necessary requirements for LCCI certification.

BSS Student

English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Greek, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Serbian courses from Beginners to Upper Intermediate Level, for students aged 18-28 (no strict age limit).

Chinese Language - Basic and Advanced Level Lessons

Course overview: Many languages and dialects co-exist in China; however the most popular form to learn is Mandarin Chinese, which is the official language of the People’s Republic of China. We offer intensive summer courses in Mandarin Chinese with the focus on the development of the particular language skill within the written or spoken language, in accordance with student’s specific needs at B, C or D level.

Course target: Students aged 18-28 (no strict age limit).

Teaching methods: On the spot language courses, with 5-8 participants per group! The lectures are instructed by using the communicative method, with the newest techniques in language teaching.

Course material: Materials published by famous Chinese universities like Beida and Beijingyuyanwenhua daxue as well as the authentic TV and radio materials.

Prerequisits for participation: Basic knowledge of Chinese for lower levels and intermediate knowledge for higher ones. A placement test is mandatory for all participants prior to the beginning of a course.

You will learn: Break through your Chinese language barriers and communicate with confidence while unlocking your cultural boundaries. Our intensive course will give you a solid foundation that you can build on. During our Intensive Chinese courses the participants can swiftly and effectively brush up on the specific language skills, as well as boost their self-confidence and help them to become more proficient users of Chinese, the language of the future.

Course activities: Live conversation, debates, essay writing, dictation, translation, dialogues and exercises.

Final test: To be taken by all participants upon finishing the course.

Course prospects: Helping students communicate as soon as possible in Standard Mandarin. With China’s booming economy and growing participation in global events, many people see great opportunities available to those who are able to understand and speak Chinese.
